Prices & On Line shopping: Customer needs to register with us and obtain the user ID and password to have an access on our price and can shop on line. Prices quoted are in US Dollars, EXW (ex-work) Shenzhen factory.
Freight Charges: Customer has the option to select "Freight Prepaid" or "Freight Collect".
For "Freight Prepaid": Our on-line shopping system will compute the courier charge based on the total weight and your delivery location.
We use international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS). We reserve the right to appoint any one of the four couriers depending on the day, weight and location. Courier charge includes all local expenses, such as packing, transportation. customs handling, terminal charge etc. Additional charges may be imposed if customer insists on the particular courier company and for delivery to remote areas as published on Courier Companys web site.
For "Freight Collect":
Please provide us the name of your self-appointed courier company and your courier account number for us to contact the courier to collect your order from our warehouse in China.

Availability of Goods: We normally maintain a minimal inventory of 50 pieces on each product. Please confirm with us on the delivery date when placing larger orders.
Delivery: It is our policy to deliver your order on the 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays excluding Bank Holidays) following the day that the payment has been received.
Buying of Products: The photographs, drawings, diagrams and descriptions of the products shown are for guidance only and do not necessarily represent the products on offer.
Every product sold is brand new. We will replace any product sold by us which proves to be defective.
Cancellation or Amendment of Orders: When an order is placed, you will receive confirmation of your order from us by email.
We will endeavor to fulfill all orders immediately and hence, we regret that it is not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
Acceptance: The Customer shall inspect the goods and its condition upon receipt.
The Customer should notify us within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken within this time frame, we shall consider the products being as described therein, to be satisfactory in quality and fit for their purposes and may not accept any rejection at a later date.
Guarantees: We warrant the buyer that upon shipment, the goods shall be as described therein and shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty shall extend for a period of 12 (twelve) months, and be subjected to any additional terms and limitations, contained in the separate warranty policy that accompanies the goods or quote for services or that is posted for the particular product or type of service stipulated therein.
Data Protection and Privacy: The personal information with which you provided us will be safeguarded by us and will only be used for its specific purposes and it will never be disclosed to any third parties.
The Buyer acknowledges that technical information contained in plans, drawings, specifications and other documents disclosed and/or furnished to him by the Seller are the sole and exclusive property of the Seller and the Buyer shall hold the same in confidence.
Loss, Damage or Delay of Goods: The risk of loss of the goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier point of shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made promptly and directly to the courier company. The Customer bears the risk once the goods have been delivered.
Any claims for shortage or errors in shipment caused by packing error and not the courier part, must be filed with aetool.com within 14 days upon receipt of the shipment.
