The Battery System Analyser LiFeP04 24V language (BSAL24l) comes with a monochrome display and multi-language (text) instructions

It tests 12V Standard batteries (e.g. Lead Acid, AGM, EFB, and GEL Cell) including Lithium Ion Starter Batteries up to 16V.

It can also perform 12V and 24V Starter Tests, Normal and Smart Charging Tests, and 12V Grounding Tests.

It provides a quick, easy, and affordable solution for technicians to check battery health and detect faults in starting and charging system.

EXCLUSIVE INVENTION

1. Micro-processor-controlled testing - the analyser is powered by the vehicle battery being tested without any worry about its internal battery maintenance. The test process draws little current without draining the battery

2. Lithium-Ion Starter batteries – it test Lithium-Ion Starter (LiFeP04) batteries from 12V up to 16V maximum whether In-Vehicle or Out of Vehicle

a. Battery voltage display- it provides an immediate display of battery voltage status once clamped to a battery

b. LCD Brightness Adjustment – it allows the user to adjust the brightness to his preference suited to the working environment

d. Viewing previous test results - it allows the user to view the stored test results on its internal memory

FUNCTIONS

  1. BATTERY TEST - when the analyser detects the voltage present, the analyser will automatically remind the user that it can test only on a 12V battery when connected to the 24V system

-       Analyses the battery condition using microprocessor-controlled testing methods

-          Extremely safe as it does not create any sparks during clamp-on

   2. STARTER TEST- checks the cranking effectiveness for 12V and 24V Starters battery to predict when the battery will fail to crank

   3. ALTERNATOR TEST - this test can be done on 12V and 24V Alternators both Normal and Smart alternators.

-  Check the alternator charging condition during electrical loading at 2,000 RPM and without load at 3,000 RPM. With Load and Without Load Test

-    Measures the diode ripple voltage during the test with results and recommendations displayed after each test

   4. GROUNDING TEST - analyses the condition of the electrical return circuit contacts resistance which was connected to the engine or chassis body from the battery terminal with results and recommendations displayed after testing
